Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals, execute projects with precision, and monitor progress to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project excellence, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports, to ensure informed decision-making.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL, and ability to apply this knowledge in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and ability to adapt these approaches to meet project requirements.
  • Grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle and ability to apply this knowledge in a project context.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Totvs, and key modules, to support project execution and data analysis.
