Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to lead our strategic customer engagements, driving business growth through expert account management.

  • Develop and Present Business Proposals: Craft compelling commercial proposals that align with customer needs and our company's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate Internal Functions: Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Portfolio Management: Build and manage accurate sales forecasts and oversee the customer portfolio to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Account Planning and BID Negotiations: Lead account planning for major clients, negotiate favorable terms, and identify new project opportunities to expand our business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry (Meat).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
