Regulatory Compliance Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our business and operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities.
">In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including ensuring compliance of our operations with laws and regulations, collaborating across all teams to ensure proper communication with regulators and maintaining relations with authorities exercising supervision over company operations, supporting various regulatory and statutory audits, maintaining a compliance calendar, and ensuring legal and regulatory returns are submitted when due. You will also have the chance to contribute to maintaining and overseeing good overall internal governance.
">To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Brazilian regulations (Bacen) and experience as a Regulatory Officer, Legal Advisor, or similar position. A Bachelor of Law or a similar field is required, and a Master's degree is a plus. Fluency in English is essential, and experience gained in an international company, financial institution, e-commerce, or law firm is a significant advantage.
