In this position, you will be responsible for providing essential support in compliance matters, conducting due diligence checks, and assisting in the rollout of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct or support internal Compliance Investigations for non-material cases and higher-level Investigators in Material Compliance Investigations.
- Establish and contribute to an effective regional case dispatching mechanism and manage compliance cases statistics.
- Coordinate investigation matters with outside counsel and service providers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Academic degree in law, accounting, risk management.
- Native English speaking level or comparable.
- Fluent in one other language of the Americas Region (oral and written).
- Desirable knowledge of Compliance Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player.
