Business Process Specialist

The P2I team is looking for a skilled professional to oversee end-to-end processes, including managing purchase orders and requisitions, goods receipts, and invoicing.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate group practices and ensure commercial process compliance in P2I activities.
- Support countries in executing efficient tools, organization, and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve user experience, drive continuous improvement, maintain documentation, and supervise delivery of changes.
- Manage Ad-Hoc projects to launch initiatives improving P2P processes.
- Lead BOLD implementations in new countries; act as a reference for CORE processes and data, balancing local needs with group requirements.
- Support innovation initiatives linked to BOLD (analytics, automation, paperless transitions).
- Contribute to global finance transformation and participate in group projects related to P2P end-to-end flow (Brazil rollout, BORA project) and related scope and deadlines.
- Understand core accounting and finance processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze information, define problems, and plan actions.
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role.
- Experience working in international environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5-7 years of operational experience, ideally.
- Management Consulting experience in Finance or Technology Consulting.
- Active participation in finance transformation projects (internal or external).
- Experience in project mode and ability to perform in roles from individual contributor to leadership.
- Experience in Finance Transformation projects, especially focusing on P2P flows.
- Experience in companies in agriculture or commodity business is a plus.
- Experience in process design and implementation in an IT tool; SAP S/4 HANA MM module, ARIBA, and tools for invoice reception.
