Freight Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled logistics project specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating international freight shipments, analyzing logistics feasibility with suppliers and partners, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor international cargo project shipments
- Analyze technical logistics feasibility with suppliers and partners
- Coordinate import and export processes, including document issuance and verification (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, DI, LI etc)
- Work with special customs regimes (e.g. temporary admission, drawback, REDEX)
- Negotiate with freight agents, shipowners, forwarders, and carriers
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for optimization
- Ensure compliance with customs legislation and international norms
- Prepare reports and provide support to project and engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project logistics or cargo operations, with a focus on managing complex logistics projects
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
