
Total Rewards Strategist

The role of Total Rewards Specialist plays a pivotal part in the implementation and management of compensation structures and employee benefits programs across Latin America, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Supporting the design, testing, and delivery of merit pay programs, incentive plans, bonus programs, reward budgets, pay equity initiatives, labor forecasting, budgeting, project management, vendor relationships, and other related tasks.
- Driving changes and implementation of compensation programs, processes, and tools, including testing to validate applicability to local market situations and driving implementation at a local level within the context of global guidelines.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to educate on proper salary structure management. Analyzing compensation trends and providing recommendations for adjustments, guiding salary offers, and supporting collective increases while ensuring compliance with local legislation, union agreements, and other compensation regulations.
- Administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives according to each country.
- Preparing compensation and benefits reports for internal stakeholders, analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in total rewards, maintaining HRIS modules with accurate and up-to-date information, and supporting audits to ensure data integrity across systems.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation and/or benefits roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
- Experience working with large, dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.
- Ability to develop deep connections with stakeholders across the company, building trust, instilling confidence, and enabling the development and deployment of critical programs.
