Job Title

As a patient relationship manager, you will play a key role in bringing life-changing medicines to millions of people.

  • Bridge patient relationship strategy and execution with efficient and effective omnichannel experience and execution;
  • Co-develop the patient engagement and omnichannel execution strategy/plan with TAs/Medical and Comms;
  • Co-develop and localize meaningful and impactful content that enables positive change in patient disease awareness perception and behavior;
  • Setup reporting tools that enable a data-driven iterative and incremental OCE process;
  • Enable incremental iteration (PDCA) by defining the baseline, owning execution, deeply understanding outcomes and developing/acting on learnings;
  • CRM implementation for patients (SFDC);
  • Responsible for organizing the patient journey for each disease, persona design, material flow for patients, Bem Estar social media governance and WhatsApp strategy governance and execution for patients.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced degree;
  • Fluent English and Portuguese;
  • Experience working in Brazil market;
  • Strong experience defining and sustaining digital tools and enablers (CRMs, digital websites and assets);
  • Experience in digital marketing and multi/omnichannel execution;
  • Experience designing, sustaining and leading indirect cross-functional teams;
  • Innovative mindset to enhance and accelerate strong omnichannel execution and effective customer engagement;
  • Understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
