- Job Description: Drive business growth and profitability through sales and client relationships
- Key Responsibilities: Promote new and renewal business sales, provide insurance expertise, support department growth and profitability
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of CRM systems, insurance products, and market trends; effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel regularly and maintain valid vehicle insurance and licensure
- Licenses and Certifications: Life & Health Insurance License (must obtain within 30 days if not already held)
- Skills & Experience: Knowledge of CRM systems and management software supporting insurance sales; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience in Employee Benefits insurance (preferred); Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
