Job Opportunity:

 

Are you an experienced Production professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead our production team and drive business success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the assigned line/s by implementing maintenance, quality, occupational safety, and line HR systems.
  • They will implement strategies and action items to achieve goals and objectives of the production line by monitoring key performance indicators and line trends.
  • Resource management will be a key focus, with the aim of maximizing material savings, cost improvement, and overall equipment effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree in any engineering course, such as Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, is required.
  • Relevant certifications or graduate studies are advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with 1 year in supervisory capacity, is required.
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and SAP is required.
  • Familiarity with ISHIKAWA, BEC, and 6W2H methodologies is advantageous.
