We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our in-house product expert team.
This role enables us to educate potential clients and ensure existing customers are happy and successful.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CS/Engineering, active contribution to open-source projects, self-motivation, detail-attentiveness, and a desire for continuous learning.
A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach, an effective written and verbal communicator, and a tinkerer with some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via multiple channels
- Identify and resolve technical support requests
- Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more product area(s)
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from client interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CS/Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate background
- Active contribution to open-source projects
- Self-motivation, detail-attentiveness, and a desire for continuous learning
- Critical thinking and client-centric approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux
