Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our in-house product expert team.

This role enables us to educate potential clients and ensure existing customers are happy and successful.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CS/Engineering, active contribution to open-source projects, self-motivation, detail-attentiveness, and a desire for continuous learning.

A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach, an effective written and verbal communicator, and a tinkerer with some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via multiple channels
  • Identify and resolve technical support requests
  • Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more product area(s)
  • Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from client interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CS/Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate background
  • Active contribution to open-source projects
  • Self-motivation, detail-attentiveness, and a desire for continuous learning
  • Critical thinking and client-centric approach
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux
