You'll be working closely with our team to design, build, and manage mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the field.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud support or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based systems and architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Experience with containerization/Kubernetes technologies.
  • DevOps/Automation familiarity and working knowledge.
