Highly Skilled Oracle Cloud Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Support Specialist to join our organization. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing best practices in IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for the General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules within Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Resolve complex incidents and requests within established service level agreements, collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers
  • Support monthly accounting closings across multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC)
  • Perform rigorous regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment
  • E nsure adherence to regulatory processes, documentation, and evidence for audits
  • Lead operational improvements in communication, processes, and support standards
  • Contribute to defining and disseminating best practices, aligned with ITIL and tools such as ServiceNow and GitLab
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful implementations and integrations

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Participation in at least 3 completed Oracle Cloud implementation projects
  • Familiarity with Oracle locations (LACLS) and Brazilian tax requirements
  • Experience with tools like BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Financial knowledge to ensure adherence to industry norms and financial reporting practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead teams of 5-10 people
  • Collaborative, proactive profile with an analytical mindset and focus on results
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related areas
