Interior Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to lead the execution of interior projects from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, compliance with health and safety protocols, and coordination with subcontractors.

The successful candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders. They will oversee daily project activities, progress tracking, and reporting to maintain schedule and quality standards.

  • Coordinate the on-site execution of interior projects from start to completion.
  • Maintain communication and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee daily project activities, progress tracking, and reporting to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, QA/QC, and client expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support documentation for variations and claims.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in a related field such as civil engineering or construction management.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
  • Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Fluent in English.
