Lead the on-site execution of luxury interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
- Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
- Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
