Class Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Class/Program Coordinator to support our online degree programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills to work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, maintain records and databases, act as primary contact for students, handle administrative requests and technical issues, monitor student enrollment and progress, offer guidance as needed, facilitate communication between academic staff and students, coordinate events, seminars, and workshops, liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, and maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (C1+)
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies
