We are seeking a skilled GenAI Integration Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in integrating GenAI within content creation processes, collaborating closely with content teams to analyze opportunities for AI application and guide the creation of effective prompts.

The Team:

As a member of our highly motivated team, you will be scaling innovation and building platforms for our Commodity Insight business lines, including news, pricing, research, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with content creators to identify and implement GenAI solutions, including writing effective prompts and engaging GenAI to optimize content generation.

  • Champion the adoption of GenAI tools across the organization, focusing on positive storytelling.

  • Analyze and optimize key processes by understanding user needs and issues to design efficient and effective business workflows.

  • Model and encourage change management practices to engage business teams in change, adopt new solutions or ways of working, and improve the probability of a successful transition.

  • Lead application training sessions and facilitate additional enterprise GenAI trainings to impacted groups.

  • Create relevant, simple, and concise training content and process documents that help colleagues understand changes, tell a compelling story, and enable effective sharing of information.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting prompts for generative AI, with a portfolio of examples ranging from simple to complex scenarios.

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, computer science, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.

  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in creating effective AI prompts.

  • Proficiency in a scripting language like Python to facilitate prompt development and testing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
