We're seeking a skilled video editor to join our team. This full-time position involves editing long-form content for our YouTube channel, focusing on educational videos about paleontology.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the English language and be proficient in editing software. They should also be able to understand scientific terminology and conduct research to support their work.
Responsibilities include finding supporting images and videos, creating motion graphics, and adapting their style to match our content's tone.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Have experience as a video editor, with skills in motion graphics and simple 2D animations
- Be highly proficient in English
- Be proficient in research
- Be a fast learner, willing to take time to understand complex concepts and improve their skills
- Be organized and punctual with delivery
- Be comfortable using professional video editing tools
