Key Responsibilities:- Hire, mentor, and grow engineers through regular feedback and continuous improvement.
- Keep the team engaged, motivated, and challenged to exceed expectations.
- Develop deep product knowledge and support the team in doing the same.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze user needs and design technical solutions accordingly.
- Foster a healthy, inclusive team culture aligned with company values.
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively drive improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support during complex challenges.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices: code quality, peer reviews, test coverage, performance, resilience, and security.
- Manage the on-call team, ensuring high-quality incident handling and excellent customer experience.
- Make assertive decisions under pressure and within tight constraints.
