Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead the development of innovative campaigns that drive results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact creative work and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior art directors and designers, providing constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and confidence.
  • Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback as needed to refine the final product.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a portfolio showcasing produced work across digital, print, and social media.
  • Mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and composition, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional work in a fast-paced environment.
