Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Resolution team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of distressed short-term, real estate collateralized commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection, loss mitigation, and recovery strategies in collaboration with outside counsel.
- Manage case administration, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Lead a team of Asset Resolution Analysts, providing mentorship and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with external parties, including attorneys, collection agencies, and vendors, to optimize asset resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a U.S. institution.
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent (preferred).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy laws, and legal processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
