Ventilation Sales and Business Development Manager

React Health is seeking a skilled and ambitious Ventilation Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the ventilation business.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a strong understanding of the industry's most visible accounts. They will be expected to identify potential customers and strategic partnerships, grow an existing book of business, and promote sales growth while communicating and supporting the Company's mission, vision, and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary sales contact in assigned territory responsible for overall development of the ventilation business and management of home medical equipment company and facility relationships.
- Expand ventilation sales by increasing business with existing accounts and developing new business, both by phone and in person.
- Contact accounts in conjunction with company marketing and objectives.
- Responsible for understanding current terms and programs for specific customers and special promotions.
- Oversee customer service responsibilities for all ventilation accounts, working with support staff to ensure quality service for customer base.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a related area.
- Medical Sales industry experience.
- HME Sales industry experience.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to utilize CRM.
- Highly organized.
- Good communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Medical Device/FDA regulations.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Solution Focused.
- Creative and Entrepreneurial.
- Ability to analyze and utilize data.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a 'Can do and Positive' attitude.
- Focus on continuous improvement for the business and personal ambitions.
- Ability to work flexible with US-wide travel.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
