We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst to join our team at Unisys. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our company's Total Rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
