Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence & Communication - Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers.
  • Leadership & Teamwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
  • Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation - Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
  • Delivery Operations - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of products to commercial customers.
  • Returns & Pickups - Collect returns, cores, and products from nearby stores or outside vendors.
  • Safety Compliance - Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cash & Charge Transactions - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance - Stay updated on promotions and products through our systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
