Senior Backend Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge, scalable and secure authorization systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy new features for our Go-based authorization microservice.
- Migrate authorization logic from our Ruby on Rails monolith into new, independent services.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure our authorization platform is easy to integrate and meets their needs.
- Contribute to the health and maintenance of backend infrastructure and custom libraries.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional backend software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang), including idioms and best practices.
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails for working with and migrating legacy logic.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and passion for authorization logic (RBAC, ABAC).
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog.
- Experience with GitHub Actions.
