Key Member for Growth and Expansion

The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop user acquisition strategies leveraging pricing optimization, promotional activities, and in-app communication to drive new customer retention and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of growth initiatives working closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive product-led growth by optimizing growth-related product features and traffic entry points in collaboration with the Product team.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience including at least 3 years in growth or user operations at a tech company.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to track key performance metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent logical thinking and communication skills ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English as a working language.
  • A goal-oriented self-driven approach with adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments and execute at scale.
  • A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset driving decisions that shape the business's value proposition and long-term success.
