Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, whether in person, via phone, or through digital platforms. A personable demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients, and consultants at all levels are essential. Experience in IT, Agile practices, DevSecOps, SAP, and full lifecycle recruiting in the US and Brazil is highly desirable. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and operational teams to define the requirements for technical job openings as needed for active requisitions.
- Overseeing various talent acquisition technology platforms (such as ZohoRecruit, Dice, Clearance Jobs, DocuSign, etc.); providing insights on all sourcing tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, social media, job board databases, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Building networks and sourcing candidates to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified individuals across multiple platforms.
- Conducting resume pre-screening, interviewing candidates, and assessing the effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
- Documenting the candidate evaluation and interview processes thoroughly.
- Negotiating and assisting hiring managers in formulating compensation packages/offers and negotiating employment offers with candidates.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, either in-house or agency, focused on technical skill sets for IT roles.
- An active professional profile is essential.
- Strong sourcing abilities utilizing Boolean search techniques, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Additional Information:
- Experience in recruiting within the US market is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
