Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ethics & Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance issues, risk analysis, and data protection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our Integrity Program, ensuring adherence to our Code of Ethics and company policies. This includes guiding the community of E&C Ambassadors, assisting in the expansion of this community, and supporting ISO certification efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and management of the Integrity Program
  • Guidance and support for E&C Ambassadors
  • Assistance with ISO certification processes
  • Risk analysis and compliance monitoring
  • Support for due diligence activities and investigations
Requirements:

Applicants should possess a Graduate Law degree or equivalent, as well as relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of compliance issues, risk analysis, and data protection. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, with Spanish being an asset.
