We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Professional to spearhead data privacy initiatives globally. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and leading cross-jurisdictional transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the wider Data Privacy office to develop standards, policies, and strategic direction on global data protection matters.
- Perform statutory Data Protection Officer tasks, either personally or via assistance from other functions, as per regional/country-specific laws.
- Report on data privacy strategy, progress, risks, and issues in local markets worldwide.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in applying data protection legislation to a multinational business strategy.
- Strong risk management skills, with the ability to communicate risks and solutions concisely.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills at senior management level.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection regulations and proven experience in implementing effective data governance strategies.
