- Main Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled IP Protection Specialist to play a vital role in our efforts to combat counterfeiting and online brand abuse worldwide.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending cease-and-desist letters to infringers, drafting settlement agreements, conducting criminal enforcement actions, and assisting monitoring efforts and investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IP rights protection, preferably in a law firm specializing in IP law.
- Prior experience in anti-counterfeiting, particularly in criminal proceedings and working with law-enforcement authorities, is highly desirable.
