Job Title: Junior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of brand protection issues, including counterfeiting, diversion, and tampering of consumer health goods.
  • Monitor and analyze online marketplaces, social media, and other open-source intelligence to identify potential violations of brand rights, IP, and product diversion.
  • Collect and analyze internal data sources to identify linkages and patterns that support incident triage, ongoing investigations, and illicit supply chain intelligence.
  • Develop and deliver against structured action plans for each investigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and obtain alignment on investigative plans and strategies.
  • Engage with internal and external parties to determine appropriate investigative approaches.
  • Coordinate with vendors on investigations referred for enforcement.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of investigative records and related metrics in case management systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in Product Security Investigations or closely related fields.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience.
  • Professional working English level. Written and spoken.
  • Experience in consumer goods, personal care, healthcare, e-commerce, or brand protection industry or law enforcement.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Product security investigations experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (writing & oral), with proven 'customer service' orientation.
