The Community Coach role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a key member of our support team, you will work collaboratively to help individuals achieve their social and work-related goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals in achieving their objectives.
  • Work independently in various settings, including community-based environments, museums, and local events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective support delivery and adapt to changing environments.
  • Plan engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; however, a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and appropriate insurance are necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is essential for communication and documentation purposes.
Benefits Package:
  • A competitive hourly rate based on education level: $17/hour (High School Diploma or equivalent), $17.50/hour (Associate's Degree), $18/hour (Bachelor's Degree).
  • Opportunity to earn up to $1.75 more per hour by completing the NADSP Career Ladder Program.
