Job Description

At SYKES, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Curitiba, PR. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and/or email, ensuring high-quality service and quality standards.
  • Process orders, payments, and customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate English language skills required.
  • Desirable experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of computers and rapid scanning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training. Our training schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:12 pm, and lasts 5 weeks.
