Your key responsibilitiesProduct Support Intern - Field Service Management

You will assist clients by analyzing and resolving known issues, research and provide solutions using our Knowledge Base Articles, create and update KBAs to share knowledge and collaborate with peers, participate in training sessions and mentoring, and support our customers via real-time communication channels.

We seek a highly motivated individual who takes initiative, perseveres, and remains curious. You enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are driven by lifelong learning. You must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, possess advanced English skills, and no prior work experience is required.
