Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Principal Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with our development team to improve our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve software issues.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and technologies.
