Role

This position involves designing and implementing comprehensive audit programs, including documentation, control testing, and evaluating internal controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and lead staff members to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage SOX and Audit engagements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Design and assess processes and controls to drive improvements and optimize operations.
  • Utilize COSO 2013 principles and experience in process documentation, RCM development, report writing, root cause analysis, remediation, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
  • Internal Audit and SOX Professional with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • ACCA certification or equivalent.
  • Graduate degree with CIA certification.
  • Proven experience in service delivery, team handling, and supervising team members.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices.
