About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires the ability to drive outbound prospecting, build relationships with decision-makers, and qualify leads.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

You will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at SMBs and startups
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Hit activity and performance metrics consistently
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or BDR roles
  • C1/C2 English level (spoken & written)
  • Strong background in cold calling and relationship building
  • A high level of grit, resilience, and discipline
  • A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
