About the Opportunity

As a seasoned Full Stack Software Development professional, you will be working on flexible, project-based development work as a Backend Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will integrate directly into our clients' teams and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional Full Stack Software Development experience is required.
  • Advanced English language proficiency is essential.
  • A four-year college degree is mandatory.
  • You should have solid knowledge of Node.js, with proven experience building scalable backend applications.
  • You should be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, with the ability to implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • You must have hands-on experience with Docker, including containerization best practices and deployment.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using serverless computing frameworks such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to integrate APIs across different platforms and build automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian APIs and Forge CLI for extending and customizing Jira, Confluence, or related tools is an added advantage.
  • Front-end development experience with React is highly desirable.
  • You should be able to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • You should be able to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail is crucial.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are essential.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams is necessary.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems is required.
  • You should take extreme ownership over your work.
  • You should be able to identify with the goals of our clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • You should be able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
