We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnership sales efforts in Brazil. As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic business partnerships at local and regional levels.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through various business development activities. You will be responsible for generating awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition, delivering 10 new partner locations every year, and converting interest into commercial negotiations.
- Deliver 10 new partner locations annually
- Generate awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition through B2B connections
- Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners
- SOURCE partners capable of driving rapid growth through conversion of existing buildings or securing new ones
In this role, you will have opportunities to grow within the organization and take on additional responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing dynamic business
- Self-starter with ability to self-generate interest and focus on delivering results
- Proven ability to find and convert deals quickly with tenacity and dedication
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and delivering multiple deals of meaningful scale (£250k+ investment)
- Able to work under pressure, think independently, and create interest in a proposition
- Strong business and financial acumen to give credibility in the selling process
