Financial Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate processing of incoming invoices into our ERP system.
  2. Reconciling accounts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. SUPPORTING THE COORDINATION OF THE WORKFLOW WITH VARIOUS TEAMS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION TO ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATE PROCESSING OF INVOICES.
  4. Preparing reports for analysis by other internal departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • At least three years experience in similar or related positions.
  • Experience in using and implementing ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
  • Familiarity with e-invoice system portals (SEF).
  • Knowledge of VAT laws.
