Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and take on a key role in managing a diverse group of consultants. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation of resources across various projects and offices.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will be working closely with project team leaders to assign consultants to specific projects, while also tracking mobility issues, holidays, and other ad-hoc tasks.
You will be expected to understand performance management frameworks and competency models, as well as coordinate training for consultants. Your attention to detail and high level of accuracy will be essential in reviewing utilization reports and preparing documents for senior leadership meetings.
As a Talent Manager, you will participate in project work within the Human Capital function and collaborate with cross-Practice Group teams. You will embody our company values in your day-to-day activities and demonstrate a genuine interest in the development and career success of consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management:
- Engage consultants on development needs and areas for training
- Develop relationships with each consultant and become a trusted advisor
- Direct consultants towards resources for career advice
- Assist with employee relations issues and Human Capital operations
- Monitor work-life-quality issues and escalate when needed
- Project Staffing:
- Understand project nuances and staffing needs
- Liaise with project team leaders to assign consultants
- Collect project details and anticipate capacity issues
- Communicate staffing outcomes to consultants
- Track mobility issues, holidays, and other ad-hoc tasks
- Consultant Development and Performance Management:
- Understand performance management framework and competency model
- Coordinate training for consultants
- Review performance appraisals and address issues
- Attend annual Career Review meetings
- Data, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Review utilization reports and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare documents for senior leadership meetings
- Assist with performance outcome analysis
- Ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in client services business environment
- Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred

- Credible, highly professional, able to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to prioritize and reprioritize
- Comfortable working with data and enterprise resource management software
- Creative, strategic thinker who continually seeks ways to improve processes
- Genuinely interested in the development and career success of consultants
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
