Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

This high-impact role involves working closely with executive leadership to support dynamic and fast-paced US real estate investment teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-performance environments. They will have a front-row seat to acquisitions, development, and operations across multiple asset types, including residential, commercial, and self-storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with underwriting and analysis of real estate deals by tracking construction budgets, milestones, and timelines.
  • Draft and submit letters of intent, manage deal documents, and track approvals.
  • Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions by maintaining accurate bookkeeping and tracking expenses.
  • Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines by preparing budget summaries and supporting investor reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination.
  • Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes.
  • Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization.
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution – able to support executive leadership directly.
  • Familiarity with US real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus).
  • Fluent in English and experienced with US real estate timelines and documentation.
  • Must have hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.).
