Role Summary
Commercial Real Estate Lead Generator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Calling and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for sourcing information on and engaging potential capital providers for our commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm. This includes conducting targeted research, making high-volume phone calls, and nurturing prospects towards further discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Outreach: Implement outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team.
- Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria.
- Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify and update current lending programs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date capital provider investment parameters in our CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals.
- Reporting: Share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related role.
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making professional outreach calls.
- Ability to manage high-volume phone calls.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from various sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools.
