Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop a team of culinary staff to ensure exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Maintain good morale within the kitchen, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to review business performance, plan kitchen operations, and implement menu development and training programs.
  • Evaluate and maintain high standards of cleanliness, food handling, and food safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Inspect food stores and individual sections of the kitchen to ensure accurate inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including dietary types, plating, and cooking methods, to provide exceptional customer experience.
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Middle East-based operation, preferably in a 5-star hotel chain.
  • Internationally recognized food safety certification (HACCP preferred) and completed Chef training course or culinary training for a minimum of 1 year.
