We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and improve Sales and Marketing operations. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring accountability, and managing teams with precision.

Sales Team Management:

  • Drive accountability and ensure every lead and campaign is managed with precision

Marketing Team Management:

  • Bring strong management and process discipline to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Implement and monitor all processes in ClickUp, ensuring documentation and compliance
  • Manage supplier relationships - clear scope, timely delivery, quality results

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills
  • Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing projects (or cross-department operations)
  • Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot experience a plus)
