Key Responsibilities

The Business Line Manager will be responsible for delivering results in a dynamic business environment.

You will lead a team to optimize performance and drive growth across multiple verticals:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Operations including Workshop and Supply Chain
  • Technical Service
  • Training

This role reports to the General Manager and is an integral part of the management team, operating as a key contributor.

Main Objectives
  • To drive objectives in line with Epiroc group strategy
  • To add value for customers, create sustained customer experience and loyalty, generate financial growth and profit
  • To manage Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for operations and associated operational efficiencies
Requirements
  • A strong leader with hands-on experience and knowledge of the mining and construction market
  • Passionate about working with people and growing them while delivering consistent results
  • A result-oriented individual with an established track record of successful customer management
  • Proven commercial skills and negotiation ability with strong analytical capability to grasp and execute strategic objectives
Work Environment
  • Occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions
  • Personal Protection equipment is needed on occasion in this role. This position is considered Safety Sensitive
