The Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Construction, Projects and Assets (CPA) team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to support our clients' efforts to improve capital project delivery across the pillars of people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and determine customer requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing artifacts, and leading focused requirements workshops.
  • Build relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and key leads in various areas to ensure overall project success.
  • Design solutions to meet customer requirements through requirement analysis, development of business rules, development of business process diagrams, development of use cases, and drafting of specifications.
  • Leverage personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Manage a small team of Configuration consultants in support of the configuration of EcoSys.
  • Look for new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new product capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create buy-in and commitment within client organizations.
  • Conduct business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects.
  • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and measurement metrics to ensure sustainability.
  • Provide Functional Solution Architecture for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Project Management processes and/or Project Management Information Systems (including Project Management/Delivery, Cost Management, Risk Management, Schedule/Resource Management, and Estimating).
  • Develop engagement-specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Communications, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of relevant post-graduation professional experience in the construction industry (either in Project Delivery or Technology Implementations) or a related profession.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing, configuring, and implementing EcoSys.
  • Experience and training with the following industry solutions:
    • Aconex / Aconex Connected Cost
    • EcoSys EPC / Hexagon PPM
    • Primavera P6 EPPM scheduling software
    • Primavera Unifier
  • Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software, including Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
  • Spanish fluency (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and exhibits a strong executive presence.
  • Excellent mathematical and organizational skills.
