Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior copywriters, promoting continuous growth and improvement through hands-on feedback and technical upskilling.
  • Oversee task organization and workload distribution in Asana, maintaining visibility of each copywriter's priorities and ensuring balanced, efficient allocation of responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior copywriter or copywriter supervisor, with a strong portfolio of high-quality written content.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze patterns, anticipate content needs, and contribute to strategic improvements.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is highly desirable.
