Job Description

The role of a Senior Audience Specialist is pivotal in our marketing strategy, focusing on data-driven decision making to craft targeted and personalized approaches. By analyzing customer data from various platforms such as Snowflake, Google Analytics, and CDP, this specialist will identify key audience groups and provide actionable recommendations for optimized cross-channel campaigns.

This position serves as a vital interface between customer requirements and business partner needs, collaborating closely with product development, data, and marketing teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer journey insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collect and consolidate stakeholder input to develop a global roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date on major players' segmentation strategies in similar sectors.
  • Create and maintain audiences within the CDP platform.
  • Lead the creation of customer segments for advertising solutions using audience data.
  • Oversee the audience creation process and monitor audience health.
  • Manage the CDP platform, performing technical tasks for inbound and outbound audience data flow.
  • Collaborate with agile teams, stakeholders, and core business partners.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience, preferably in an audience or data management role.
  • A degree in Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and familiarity with marketing tools such as CDP and Marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and French.
