Job Title:

Project Manager (Senior)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts and help close new business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Implement best practices in project management, continuously improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight.
  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders, promoting alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation.
  • Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team promotions and internal career progression.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts to build strong project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level.
